I need a Heart Transplant

Hi Im a 20 year old female living with pulmonary heart disease. Im 7 months over the day they told me I was going to bite the bullet! haha showed them! But its getting more serious everyday, I need a total heart transplant.  Im a tough little women and Im a fighter but i want to know if there is anything I can do to move up on the list or become more noticable on the list.  The doctors tell me they are doing everything they can but wont tell me what that is.  I just want to have a hand in this.  Please any information would be greatly appriciated.

I have recently had a heart and lung transplant, and I am 39 years old. It depends upon how sick you are. Nothing you can do or your doctors. It is a waiting process. The only thing that can get you up high on the list is for your heart to become worse then you can move up on the list. It is a very stressful time waiting. I was the worst you can get, and I had to wait for a heart because my antibodies were very high. I may need a second transplant. So maybe we can wait together.
