Thanks you for your response. Hope it goes well with you.
heys thanks. yeh ive had a few people saying go to the doctors.because i cant even hold my hands above my head without going faint.i know that must be common for everyone to feel weird after having there hands up for a long time. but even just trying to reach a cupboard can make me really faint. the first sign i knew something was wrong was when i tried to do a swing.where you hold it with your hands and jump.but when i did it i blacked out as soon as i left the ground.
yeh fluttery chest is what its like. ive had problems with anxiety and have gone to the doctors over panic attacks but they only checked my chest saying it might be asthma but i never said about this issue.
thanks again
Going from a sitting or decline position to standing drops the blood pressure. A drop in BP would/could cause your symptoms and is medically termed simple postural hypotension.
Lightheadedness and/or fainting may be a condition termed syncope and is often preceded by other symptoms such as light-headedness, nausea and palpitations (irregular heartbeats that feel like “fluttering” in the chest). For some insight, there are many causes of syncope. If blood does not circulate properly, or the autonomic nervous system does not work the way it should, changes in BLOOD PRESSURE and heart rate can cause fainting.
Because syncope could be the sign of a more serious condition, you should seek treatment right away after a syncope episode occurs to rule out any serious underlying cause.
Hope this helps, and thank you for sharing. Take care.
