Left ventricular hypertrophy

Hi, my grandmother underwent a cardiac event recently and has been advised further investigation. The readings as per the 2d echo cardiography are as follows-
Lvidd 38.90mm
Lvids 27.20mm
Lvpw 12.5mm
Ivs 13.20mm
Ef 58.00
My question is, are these findings very alarming? And would this be categorized as "marked" or "mild" concentric LVH?

Thanks!
