Leg cramp and involuntary extremeties movement

I do have osteoarthritis and have a pinched nerve on right lumbar area. I have been experiencing cramps on both my calves and upper and lower extremeties involuntary movements more during the night then the day. Can someone let me know what can that be.

Leg cramps for me always potassium deficit. I do not take extra  potassium, only what I have from  food. One banana every day for me a must. If I am occasionally sick and tired from it,:) won’t eat none from days. If I won’t eat any for 2 weeks or more  then get leg cramps. I take only 25 mg Lasix/day Probably you take higher dose, so be sure you take also more potassium from food or vitamin supplements.
Hope it helps.
