Leg pain

My husband had a valve replaced about 3yrs ago.  Every since he has had severe leg pain starting up in the groin area at night time.  Tonight it was in both legs.  Dr say it comes with open heart surgery..........?

Angiogram, central access line, all are possible, but it should not last three years, I agree! Going in for a second opinion will probably be the best option.

Just a thought:  did the Cardio/Surgeon do an Angiogram pre-op?  that can maybe explain pain in groin, but it should NOT last 3 years!

Hi there.

I had OHS 2 months ago and it just does not make sense that one can get leg pain at the groin area after OHS.

I would really go for a second opinion if I were your hubby.
