PAC's/anxiety

by jeanmarie, Oct 17, 2007 05:53PM
I have just been told after wearing a holter monitor that I have constant PAC's. I take a calcium channel blocker and beta blocker for HTN and what was called SVT 6 years ago. This cardiologist now says that I am no longer having SVT but the PAC's. My heart rate is only 60 although I feel like I am tachy. I have given up caffeine and chocolate and it has not made any difference to this feeling of  my heart idling in high gear. She increased the calcium channel blocker but due to my bradycardia cannot make many changes with the beta blocker. What are my alternatives?
