Hello. I have had pvcs for years and I have had all the tests done (ekgAtrioventricular block, ekg tracing Ecg Exercise stress test, echo., stress test) all came out normalNormal saline flush. The pvcs have really been getting on my nerves lately and I was wondering if anyone knows of any kind of exercises or yoga moves that help calm them down. Is there such a thing that could help?
I'm sorry the PVCs are bugging you, but glad to hear your heart is healthy.
Some people on the forums have found yoga and/or exercise to help with their PVCs. But others, have noticed no change. It seems to be different for all of us. In my case, my PVCs were always there, but more prevalent when my heart was relaxed. Moving about and staying busy helped keep my PVCs quiet (or I didn't notice them as much).

Have you cut out caffeine? Some people find that works; others notice no change.
Hopefully, some of the other members will chime in with some ideas.
