Pain in my Chest

I have a history of heart problems......After 12 years of misdiagnosis I found out I have Wolff Parkinson White Syndrom and soon after that I had an ablation. But not being diagnosed early I think left me with some problems. Now I have severe PVC's...... somewhat regulated by meds.....that can leave me not able to concentrate, forgetful, tired, exhausted. This past June I was in the ER for severe chest pain on the right side with excelerated heart beat with weakness and fatigue. The thought was I had a blood clot based on blood test but MRI proved differently. So I went home in pain. Meds were adjusted again and 4 months later 1 week ago I had the same thing again, right side of my chest except the heart beat was a bit more regulated. The pain was there. Since June to today I have expericnced pain on both sides along with what feels like a twisting pinch. I can be sitting at the kitchen table, laying in bed or walking with my kids. I don't think I pulled a muscle b/c it has b  een going on for soo long. I can't figure out whats wrong but it can get a little scary. I have 3 young children. Any thoughts or ideas would be great!!!!

I have worn a 24 hr and 30 day event monitor.  All showed that yes I have PVC's
My pvc's are breaking thru the meds.  The pain I have on the left is a bit more constant (off and on all day) and it is located closer to the middle of my chest.  The pain on the right comes and goes every other day or so right.   When I have this pain it is also in the middle of my chest.
My pvc's do break thru when when I have the pain and I feel dizzy fatigued really like I have run a marathon.

Your symptoms don't sound to be coronary artery disease related.  That's good news.  But they could still be caused by your heart.  Now, the palpitations and the chest pain may or may not be related.  In some conditions such as mitral valve prolapse the two can coexist and are part of a syndrome.  On the other hand, palpitations in someone with WPW are a common finding, however, the chest pain is not.  I don't have a good feel for what your pain is like, however, based on the limited description it may really be musculoskeletal or gastrointestinal related.  I am sure you have had multiple echos before and none of them show any mitral valve abnormalities.  Thats would also be good news.  As far as the palpitations, there are cases of WPW tachycardia recurrence after ablation.  Maybe you should wear an event monitor to try to capture your rhythm during those episodes.  Finaly, as fart as the chest pain, I doubt that it is CAD related or a sign of severe illness.  For your reassurance, you may want to have a cardiologist consider doing an exercise stress test to prove that it is not your heart that causing this.  You should also consider taking some medication for acid reflux and maybe even try some pain pills when the symptoms come on to see whether they help.  It may be very difficult to figure out exactly what is going on with your chest symptoms.  I think that the good news is that they are probably not life threatening.
