Rapid Heart Rate Can Be an Allergic Reaction

Many posts mention that food sometimes gives them very rapid heart rate after half an hour or so.  I have been dealing with food allergies which cause those exact symptoms.  I just wanted people to know that rapid pulse rate is a definite symptom of food allergy.  Although it can, of course, be a symptom of other things, it is easy enough once you know this to vary your diet and see if a particular food is causing the trouble.  Wheat and corn always do it for me, and the more I have as well as the more empty my stomach is, the more my heart rate skyrockets.
