My father is a patient of 68 years old. His Coronary Angiogram Report is given below:-
LMCA : Free of disease.
LAD : Totally Occluded from mid segment. Gretting retrograde filling from right system.
LCX: Good size vessel and having mild stenosis at mid segment and distal OM1.
RCA: Dominant, good size vessel & free of disease.
LIMA: Free of disease.
Comment: Single vessel disease.
Recommendation : Revascularization.
LA: Normal. LA Appendage clear.
LV: Normal Dimension. Distal IVS & apex thin. echogenic and markedly hypokinetic.
RA: Normal
RV: Normal
IAS,IVS: Intact
VALVES: Normal Morphology
Pericurdium: No pericardial effusion. thrombus or vegetation seen.
Impression: RWMA+ in LV (anteroaeptal)
Overall Preserved LV systolic dys function.
Creatinine: 1.5 mg/dl
Please advise what should our treatment plan. Whether we can go for surgery or not.
