Sinus infection to sinus tachycardia

Sinus infection to sinus tachycardia

I am 29 yrs old. Starting back in November, I had was diagnosed with a sinus infection (post nasal drip, coughing, etc. From there I got an ear infection, was very off balance. I went to the GP on and off because it was not getting better. I was put on some really strong decongestant. About a month or so later, I became very restless, always having a nervous feeling, could not sleep, bilateral legs weakness, fainting sensation,no fever, no headaches, no real pain. It was to the point that I could not go out or go to work. Then I start feeling PVC's. It felt like a startling sensation, it was not a fast heart beat or anything. It was more noticeable at night. I was already on Ziac 2.5/6.25. I went to the GP upped my Ziac to 5/6.25 and prescribed Klonopin because he said that I was having anxiety. My pulse at the visit was 90's and BP 130/90. I really wanted a second opinon amd saw a EP doctor. My resting EKG was 103 BP still was 130/90 echo fine ef 65% and holter monitor for a day.
He said that it was more than likely a tachycardia that is common among healthcare professionals
( I am a nurse). I think that I will need a stronger beta blocker. I very fearful of what the holter monitor will say. I am a cardiac nurse I always think the worse. What if I need to go on a stronger beta blocker? What if I need a pacemaker? I am only 29 years old. I we are trying to get pregnant. Is it possible to have a pacemaker and be pregnant?
It could be anxiety. I work in a stressful environment, moving to another state, getting a new job, and in grad school FT. I have PCOS which has caused me to have BP problems, and insulin resistance. TSH, electrolytes normal.
Could this lead to something really bad?
