Very slow heart rate and chest pains

Hi

I'm a 23 year old male, and I've got a normal resting heartrate during the day of around 40bpm. I've had an ECG done and it showed my heartrate at 39bpm, and they told me I have A-symptomatic Bradychardia. Normally I don't do any exercise (I haven't in about 6-7 years), and I'm very lazy, but I'm in good shape somehow. Sometimes I get slight aches in my chest and my left arm, and sometimes it feels like the next heartbeat isn't going to come. I'm not getting dizzy or feeling sick though.

My other problem is that I get severe pains in my chest bone when I do things like pick up my 16 week old daughter, or even sit up. A lot of the time, to relieve the pain, my chest cracks, like you would do with your knuckles, which hurts as well.

What's going on?

you'll get pains in your arm because the body isn't getting enough oxygen, id personally see a doctor again and the bradychardia should be treated, its good that you arent getting dizzy though
