Viability Study

At a prior post - I mentioned that I had CAD and a Heart Cath and now the results are in for the Thallium Viability Study.

http://www.medhelp.org/posts/Heart-Disease/Please-review-my-Heart-Cathwhen-you-get-time/show/790671

I am told...I have no chance for any form of CABG - based on this Viability Study.  Even MIDCAB

My Heart Catheterization is at: http://www.sieg.com/CoronaryAngio.pdf

The results of my Thallium Viability Myocardial Prefusion Scan 24 Hour:

"Findings:  On the immediate post injection images, there are several areas of moderate to severely decreased radiotracer uptake that encompass the basal anterior wall, apex, and apical inferior segments.  Apical anterior septum.  There is a bowel loop overlying the inferior wall.  This gives the appearance that there is uptake in the inferior wall, except for aforementioned segment.

On the 24 hour images, this bowel loop is significantly increased, now obscuring the complete ....*inferior wall.  Apex is still reduced.  Apical septum is unchanged, as in the basal anterior wall, although the cavity appears significantly enlarged, which is also seen on the raw projections.

Conclusion:  Dilated heart with multiple areas of likely infarction.  Inferior wall is obscured by bowel artifact and cannot be evaluated.  There is no evidence of recruitment of .....*myocardial cells in the infarct territories."

My Goodness....................I have CHF with an EF of 13%

I have: CAD, ICD, Atrial Fibrillation, Diabetes (Type 2) Insulin Treatment, Cardiomyopathy, Sleep Apnea, COPD, GERD

Please help me.  Who will advise me - how to survive next.

I am not yet a candidate for Heart Transplant.  I am told - I will never survive Open Heart Bypass Surgery because of my low EF.

Any help will be appreciated.

Many thanks.  God Bless.
