Was anyone told not be around your kid after a nuclear stress test

I've had two nuclear stress tests in the last four years and was never told not to be close to my kids afterwards.  Would like to hear from an expert if that is the protocol and what are the dangers if you did end up going straight to your kids after the test. My son was two and half years old after my first test and i don't remember now but i'm sure i was with him right after and i must have held him close to me too. I am really worried about the radiation this may have caused him.
