Cardiomegaly is heart enlargment; typically to have it your heart has to be enlarged more than 50% of the thoracic ratio (cavity? I can't remember the specifics so hopefully someone else knows) if memory serves me right from mine - it's not a disease though; it points to something else - in my case was Concentric LVH (left ventricular hypertrophy) and low cardiac output
the other things I have no clue and haven't read them before but it sounds like something to do with your artery from your heart...
