Ya i know another PVC question haha. But a quick one

     If you havent had any excercise for a long time then do too much excercise at once. can these cause palputations/pvcs?  From ur heart not being used to excercising that much?   Simliar to how if your not used to lifting weights and then u lift too much one day.. ur muscles can start to twinge and spasm.  Maybe its the same thing with the heart?  afterall it is a muscle?

I was reading that a de-conditioned heart can experience that. I think that might be to blame for my pac's. My cardiologist prescribed me ex cerise. I have to admit I haven't started for fear of those while I am working out.
