Ever have a baby?  Remember the steps about breathing in natural childbirth.  If I get very anxious (please note I do not have anxiety attacks or panic attacks)  I get massages every couple weeks for relaxation.  I am thinking of taking up Thai Chi (sp) or yoga...something soothing yet will stretch and improve my muscles.  I know that many people here prefer a chemical route, but none of them seem cured.  I really wonder if alternative meds could be a way to go.  Many doctors say the anxiety/panic are in your head according to them.  Well, alternative medicine acknowledges these problems.  That in itself says something to me.  I had cold laser treatment to help stop smoking.  They did part of a treatment for relaxation to keep me calm and not jittery during nicotine withdrawal.  I came home and slept 16 hours straight!!   I would even check out acupuncture.  I dont really know, I am just throwing possible solutions out.  Good luck anyway you go Frances.

Fear.
Have you see the movie, Apocalypto?
Then you know that it is fear that is the killer.

Great movie.  Great message.

Your knowledge of cardiology is impressive. Your profile says you are only 25. Are you a med student?

I had t wave changes for years and no problems ever occured from it. I as well suffer anxiety.Cardiologist said it does not cause problems and its mostly seen in younger girls. Anxiety will yes cause t wave changes plenty! I would relax and try to do somethings to get your mind off of it so it can go away. Anxiety causes lots of problems. Read some of the notes by others.
Good luck!
