According to the post information you have coronary artery disease (CAD). You may have a completely blocked RCA (right coronary artery), but obviously you have a blood/oxygen supply feeding into the deficit area that is normally supplied by the occluded vessel.
I learned I had a completely blocked LAD going on 6 years, but collateral vessels developed and that provides a natural bypass. EECP therapy sometimes helps promote a better cardiovascular system and a more efficient vessel complex for a better supply of blood/oxygen.
Concern when there is chest pain,. shortness of breath, muscle fatigue, etc. symptoms unrelieved by medication, stent implants, or EECP...may require open heart surgery.
