blood pressure and repiratory infections
I have asymetric septal hypertrophy, and have been on micardis 40mg to keep my blood pressure stable. I have PVC's. What I am wondering is if this bad upper repiratory infection could be causing by high blood pressure readings. It has been consistently 120/95 range with the Micardis, but suddenly is reading 150/105. Is it time to take the beta blockers my doctor has been hinting at, or is the perhaps temporary due to infection.
Thanks!
