can muscle twitches affect my heart

by cine, Jan 07, 2009 07:57PM
i have some fluttering, like my heart is skipping a beat, muscle twitches with pins and needles and some times the feeling like i'm going down with an elevator. I feel like i have to burp all the time. i went to the dr. and she said i was suffering from anxiety she was right at the time because i was taking a exam( becoming a nurse) it was very stressful and my pressure was high.  I hate the twitches followed by pins and needles
