change in pvc's

Could someone please advise if they have the following symptoms.I have had pvc's for over 3 years.They come and go.
Now they seem to show up after eating or bending over.I recently noticed a couple of things while checking my heart
beat on my throat.I had (4) pause in a row followed by a normal beat.I also had a normal beat folowed by (3) real fast
beats then normal then (3) fast beats.Does anyone have these symptoms with pvc's.Please advise asap.Thank you.
My normal beat is 72/minute and my bp currently is 127/77.
