sir please explain me about the conclusion written in my uncle's report

conclusion..
patent LAD and LCX stents. minimal plaque in LAD, LCX and RCA . diagonal branch severe disease proximally with suggestion of occlusion.



LAD: minimal plaque in proximal LAD. stent in proximal and mid LAD. the stent is patent without edge stenosis. the d1 has no opacification in part which suggest occlusion however the rest of vessel is opacifie

Hi, the report states that the stents placed in the left main anterior descending and circumflex arteries are patent. However, the diagonal branch of the left anterior descending artery is occluded/blocked. Based on his symptoms and risk factors his doctor will plan further therapy needed. Regards.
