diet pills

by dkny331, Apr 07, 2008 01:31PM
I wanted a jump start on getting involved with my new weight loss plan which includes taking diet pills for a short time.
My question can I take diet pills and if so what kind?

If you have hypertension I wouldn't take diet pills if I were you. Side effects are usually heart palpitations and raising the blood pressure.

What I did to lose weight was I went on a low carb diet. It really works and you will lose the weight fast, but I would also not recommend losing it fast because I did and it threw my hair into a bout of TE (telogen effluvium - hair loss).
