While vaccuming yesterday I was bending over to move the vaccume cord out ofthe way when all of the sudden I felt a huge thump or punch feeling in my upper right side of my chest, just below my throat. It stopped immeadiatly but scared me to death!
Two months ago I was walking on the treadmill and my heart stared to race, I stopped and walked slow and it went away. I called the doctor they did blood work and ekg and I had a stress test. Everything came out fine.
I felt everything was okay until yesterday, should I call the doctor again? Its been 24 hr and nothing else has happened but I'm terrified it will.
I am over weight but am currently trying to loose, I have lost 32 lbs so far. I have 30 more to go.
If the doc says your OK:
It might be your thyroid gland as your over weight.
The blood tests for thyroid are being contested by various doctors in that the limits for TSH need to be 3 units in the UK and thyroid its proposed is not to be treated unless the reading is 8 or above. They are trying to prosicute some docs of treating.
Under or over treated thyroid can be the cause of heart problems.
As a part cure take your fist and give your chest a gentle but firm thump in what`s called the heart chakra to help stiumulate the thyroid/heart centra.. Find perhaps an alternative practitioner who might be into upto date understanding of the thyroid.
