having a fast heart beat

The other day I was eating dinner and my hart beated really fast for a few seconds, and when it did that I could not breath and my head felt so tight like it had a lot of pressure on it and I felt like I was going to passout I got really dizzy and shaky. I have been diagnosed with anxity but I dont think that was the problem because it just happend out of the blue. Aug. 8,2006 I got a ecocariagram on my heart and the cardiolodist said everything was ok. But this just happend and I never had this happen before so If anyone has any advise I would greatly appresate it THANXs.
