hypotension with sleep apnea, atrial fib, somnolence, CAD

My husband has had a hear condition since 1989.  He is lately experiencing somnolence to the point of not being able to stay awake without feeling tired.  He also has sleep apnea which is going untreated.  He has tried the c-PAP with vaporizer and still is unable to sleep with the unit.  He c/o of the cold air waking him up and not being able to get back to sleep.  Two years ago he developed atrial fibrillation, he now has a pacemaker and a mirad of medications.  I don't know what to do to help him.  He has a fine doctor, Dr. Arani, in Buffalo, however,  his being exhausted has not been addressed.  Can you help?  I can list the meds for you if you need.  I don't have access to them at this time, though.

Well he first needs to get his Sleep Apnea controll he have to get better @ wearing his mask @ night that's the only thing going to help your husband, I have Sleep Apnea and I complain of no being able to waer it but know I have Complication from not wearing it. It was a wake up call. he maybe can see a sleep doc that deals with Sleep Apnea cause if he don't get a handle of this he going to be in great trouble with health issue.
