idiopathic ventricular fibrillation

idiopathic ventricular fibrillation

25yr male,215lbs.left side chest pain & left arm pain for about 2 yrs now.localized to one spot on the left side of my chest and doesn't reproduce the pain from pressing in the area.seen 4 cardiologist, stress echo, and had echo, event monitor, egk's,and chest x-ray,chest CT with contrast dye,all normal.total245,with tri-256,hdl39,ldl156.It's like a gripping, pinching like pain right in my heart with discomfort in areas of my left arm,and my jaw (mainly on the left side, sometimes on right.I've been waking up in the middle of the night with the pain, and cold sweats, shortness of breath, and feeling lightly nauseus.I also have weird heartbeats all the time that will wake me up and i have an uneasy feeling in my chest. I have been diagnosed with having PVC's I feel them all the time in my throat and chest. Some days, like today,I have a really uneasy feeling in my chest, over my heart, like my heart is irritated and its just going to go into a abnormal rythm at anytime, also feel the need to cough when this happens.I've never passed out or had aborted SCD.I wake up pretty much every morning with weird heartbeats, and weird feelings in my chest.I can feel a strong pulse throughout my entire body all the time.My Dr's told me that PVC's in a structurally normal heart are harmless but after reading an article (that I'm going to copy and paste at the bottom of this page),I dont seem convinced.I also drink beer everyday.1.Can I develop V-Fib with normal heart test?2.Can drinking alcohol cause V-Fib in someone with normal heart test?3.can pvc's turn into v-fib?4.do my symtomatic pvc's and other weird heartbeats that waken me make me more likely for v-fib?These episodes happen most that waken me from sleep, and early morning hours, especially after night of drinking, but also without drinking.when they happen I feel LONG pauses between heartbeats, and slow pulse with random spurts of tachy on and off.5.what could that be?
