interatrial septal aneurysm/pfo

interatrial septal aneurysm/pfo

I'm a 53 year old female and recently had an echo with saline bubble contrast, which diagnosed me with the following

After complete opacification of the right atrium and right ventricle, approximately 10 microbubbles were seen to cross the interatrial septum within the first three beats.

the echo, the typical echo test without saline bubble, showed mild mitral regurgitation, mild trace tricuspid regurgitation and trace pulmonic regurgitation.  also showed the interatrial septum is aneurysmal.  the estimated pulmonary artery pressure is 37 mmHg.

Can someone please explain these conclusions and let me know the risks that I'm faced with now.  The only thing I was told by the cardiologist was to take baby aspirin, daily.  I will seek a second opinion.  I am very concerned.

Thank you

Jane
