left atrial abnormality and incomplete RBBB

hello.
im just worried about this interpretation of the ECG and the result of the ecg are as follows:

rhythm: sinus
PR interval 0.14
Rate Atrial 94
QRS AXIS - LAD
QRS: 0.08
VENTICUALRS: 94
QT: 0.36

interpretation : left atrial abnormality and incomplete RBBB
do i need to worry pls held i need some advice thank you so much

i do some research also and we have the same results...

lungs xray ruselts are fine
my heart is not enlarge borh lungs are clear

Hello.
Based on the above information you have shared, i do not think there is anything to worry about. These interpretations are not always the most sensitive to what is going on with EKG's. Looking at what you are showing there is only minor irregularities BUT nothing to worry about.
