left atrial enlargement

hi i am worried about my husband he had a ecg test done when he was 18 years old by the military and i found that out by reading his medical records they never even told him about it or what it said!
The test result said:

sinus bradycardia with marked sinus aprhythmia
left atrial enlargement
borderline ecg

vent rate 53 bpm
pr interval 140 ms
ors duration 100 ms
qt/qtc 440/410 ms
p-r-t axes 33 80 51

please can you tell me what all this means because they wont!
