mechanical valve

hi im a 31 year old women who had 2nd aortic valve replacement in nov.2005 at which time i was 13 weeks pregnant with a healthy pregnancy unfortunatly the baby dint survive my surgery at the time i was told wen i recoverd i could av another baby then last yr wen asked my cardiologist about trying 4 another baby advised me along with ob that the risk was to high and my husband should really get sterilised as it would be best we wernt offerd 2nd oppinion and dont no any specialist that deals with my sort ov heart condition and pregnancy just wondering if any body out there as got same condition as me and managed to have a successful pregnancy and if your ok after it
