mild chest pain, pvcs, atherosclerosis

Eight years ago I had pvcs (diagnosed), now have some atherosclerosis, since January getting mild chest pain from exercise, this week also pvcs again, have high cholesterol. Doctor prescribed statins for the atherosclerosis but I've put off for six months, now have these other sysmptoms too. What is next step?
