possible bradycardia?

Okay, I have pretty bad anxiety, it USED to be that my heart was always fast and what not, i've always had the palpitations as long as i've had panic attacks (most of the time they're when i'm laying down relaxed, but sometimes when i'm at work, or walking or something) and my heart will occasionally have one SINGLE really hard beat and i'll be out of breath.

First, for a little information.

I was at work last week, and i became suddenly out of breath, like...i COULD breathe in deep but my lungs had that feeling like you're not getting enough air, that burning sensation or something, After about 30 seconds of standing there waiting for it to subside, i went on a delivery, which I was very anxious at that point.. When I got back, my left arm (elbow to lower shoulder, bottom part of that area of the arm) hurt, it was like...little spikes of pain. Also the tips of my pinky and ring finger were slightly tingling.  The next day I noticed that my heart rate was much slower then it had been EVER  like..at rest its at 57 bpm, and thats taken at night, laying down, relaxed as i can get.  it used to be too high (90s or so especially when i was anxious) most of the time, but if it wasn't high it would be in the higher 70s to mid 80s.

i've been sick though with sinus congestion in my eustachian tubes and what not, I heard that it can affect your nervous system which can affect your heart but I really dont know.. i'm 21 years old, I dont work out or anything of the sort.  No cardio workouts at all.  My diet isn't TOO great but I eat healthy everytime i get the chance, I eat a lot of garlic (lots) and I take fish oil occasionally when i remember. I work at pizza hut so you can sorta guess my diet while i'm at work.  I dont drink or smoke, no drugs, no caffiene, and i dont eat things with high sodium.  I'm on paxil 30 mg for GAD (generalized anxiety disorder) and the doctor gave me a small prescription for Ativan "just in case" which i dont take really.  Any input?

Based on your age and your lifestyle your risk of coronary artery disease is very low.  I would suggest getting an ECG to get a sense of what your heart rate really is and if there are any noticeable abnormalities.  I doubt that any of this is related to your heart at all.
