Certain Positions Bring On Angina

Can someone tell me why certain positions I sleep in bring on angina?  I know it sounds strange, but it does happen.  When I lay on either side with my arms draped down in front of me angina sets in and wakes me up.  I have to take nitro in order to relieve this.  At times once the angina starts I am not able to lie on my back until the angina subsides.

Thanks, Ally

Interesting article regarding sleep positions and the study shows there may be a problem with left-side lying position for some people.
