pulse drop

Can you tell me what would cause a persons pulse to be 60 after exercise when my resting is 70-85? This happened yesterday.
I have thousands of pvcs, but didnt feel any during activity.
I have naturally low bp--today it was lower than usual for a bit at 86 over 67. Usual is 90-110- over 70-80.
I have had this year tons of ekgs, 30 day event, 24 hour holter, echo--all fine. Stress test was 3 years ago, but doc says all my stuff looks good. Then this happened with my pulse dropping. I felt fine--I only noticed it because I thought it was odd my heart wasnt pounding since I am in such lousy shape.

Was this heart rate of 60 immediately after exercise or several minutes later?  Did you measure it with a heart rate monitor or with your own hand on your pulse?
If this is a few minutes after exercise this may not be that abnormal.  While reassuring that you had a stress test 3 years ago which was normal, it sounds to me like you are having new symptoms and a heart rate is not going up as it should, an exercise stress test with an EKG only(NO NUCLEAR or ECHO imaging) would be a start to see exactly where the problem lies, if any, in the conduction system of the heart.  Before doing so, I would make sure that the heart rate is accurately measured.

Doctor. I probably rested 7 minutes before I took my pulse/bp. I used a blood pressure cuff with heart rate.
My heart usually goes up when it should.

I think everything is fine, this is normal to have that heart rate several minutes after exercise.
