should I be concerned

Hi,

Okay , so I have Fibromyalgia and I am pretty sure it started with a car accident when I was 16. I am 35 now.
I used to get really bad chest pains and went to a pain specialist to get cortisone shots in my chest. Eventually i stopped doing that because the pain from the shots was almost worse. Anyway , I very rarely get those chest pains anymore. But the used to last on and off for a few months. It has been years since I had them happen like that.
Getting to the point....I now occasionally still have chest pain that radiates through my back and down my arm that is not like before. As well I have woken up twice in the night now with really bad stomach pain , where i am throwing up, sweating like mad and really dizzy. I told my doctor about it and they of couse said they couldn't think of what it could be .I am overweight....bigger than I have ever been because I had to quit work last year because of my fibro and gained at least 40 pounds. I get out of breath easy...I know it is probably from the weight, but I am concerned, should I be?
