stong pulse in stomach

I have a very strong pulse in my lower and upper stomach with sorness in the lower left side.  Could this be caused from  a heart codition?

You should have things investigated by your doctor about the strong pulse since it looks like you are concerned about an aneurysm (from a weakend blood vessel wall) in your abdominal aorta.  But you say soreness is in the lower left side.  Generally, I notice the strong pulse from the abdominal aorta being in the center area of the abdomen, so I'm guessing your soreness is more likely to be
a) gastrointestinal in origin
b) musculoskeletal as the source
c) ovarian (if you still have your left ovary)
or d) kidney related (flank pain)
