supected of inferior ishaemia at age of 26

Dear Doctor,

I'm a student of adult education, 26 yrs old, overweight. I'm suspected of ishaemia myocardii par diaphragmalis.
I used to go bicycling and trained karate, at least 3 times a weak, when I was 21 and 22. 4 yrs ago I stopped with sports. I was suffering of slight depressive disorder, non-clinical. So I started computer gaming. Lots of adrenalin while sitting, bigger and bigger belly, beer, coca cola and smocking, fast food...
2 weeks ago I stopped with gaming, alcohol, nicotine, and fast food all at once. After 2 weeks, I was feeling euphoric I almost got into mania, I had a lot of emotional stress, broke up with my girlfriend and so on. I went to my home doctor and she found out "normal sinus rhythm but T wave abnormality". This frightened me so much, my dead had died from hart stroke 2 yrs ago. Next evening I had something like "panic attack", after another fight with my ex girlfriend. I had no aer, my adrenalin was pumping crazy, I had to go catch some breath and took 1dl of votka to calm down, same evening I went to cardiologist. I was given 5mg of beta blockers (bisoprolol hemifumarat) in the morning and some 100mg aspirin after first meal. Changes from beta blockers were so strange to me I had one more panic attack, after that I was given some bromazepam, (something like xanax I guess)  in case I need to calm down.
I live alone, I have to cook for myself, I have to continue my education. I have no more money to do further tests of my hart condition, until first of December.
Please give me some advice of how to cook, and how to do sports. I need to let some anger out :)
And one more thing, I hate drugs, I'd prefer to get treatment of easy sport, and nice food :)

gratefully Yours

Nikola Marjanovic

2. dont drink any fruit drinks that contain high fructose
3. cut back on beef
4. eat 2-3 fruits a day and leafy green vegies
5. avoid butter and salt

I don't have a good idea of what is going on with you.  I suspect that your symptoms are related to anxiety and not heart disease, but this is difficult to assess based on the info you provided.  It sound like you have some risk factors for CAD, but the T wave changes dont really mean anything without any symptoms.  If you are not experiencing any chest pressure or exertianl shorntess of breath, then I think you should be ok.  On the other hand, doing drungs and not taking care of yourself is not going to get you far.  Eating well is important, losing weight is too.  Focus on low carbohydrate foods, eliminate soda, beer, candy, junk food, etc.  Vegetables and meet such as chicken or turkey is ok. stay away from pork and beef.  eat smaller portion and weigh yourself daily.  monitor your weight.  if it's going up it means that you are not doing well.  Hold off on exercise until you see someone is december.  They need to rule out seriours conditions in your heart.  I don;t think you have any.  focus on better diet for now.
