what do my test results MEAN??

i'm 34 and very obese. i went to  a lifeline screening in may and just got my results back. my bloodwork was great except elevated proteins etc showed i have the beginnings of heart disease (which i'm assuming most fat people would have)
i had other tests that came out normal.
my atrial fibrillation test showed i have NO evidence of atrial fibrillation, BUT they did suspect an abnormality. then on my rhythm strip, all it said was LEFT-RIGHT ARM LEAD REVERSAL as the "incidental findings". so that is the abnormality...what does it mean??

i'm having weight loss surgery in a month (lapband)...do i need to worry about this heart test? my father has mitrol valve prolapse and had surgery years ago ..double bypass. is this all weight related or should i worry about having a heart attack during or after surgery?

I cannot interpret your test results, but wanted to wish you the best possible outcome on your upcoming surgery!

If you have the slightest concern, it would be a good idea to get a second opinion, or the opinion of a cardiologist.
