Abnormal and then normal ECG results huh?

Abnormal and then normal ECG results huh?

I was in New Zealand where i had some chest pain which i thought best get checked whilst i was travelling to be on the safe side.... the doc did an ecg which came back abnormal showing st depression in V1 V2 and V3 and inverted t waves on the 3 leads. He said go to AnE if the pain happens again to which i did ..... They admitted me and did more tests they did more ecg which came back with abnormalities but slightly different than previous they have all been abnormal .. all troponins are normal . Due to family history and light of test results they conducted an echo which showed my left ventricle was 3 mm bigger than what it should be? but systolic function was fine . On the second ecg showed poor anterior R wave progression the same T wave inversion but minimal ST depression.
Also on one for the referal papers from the GP the AnE doc wrote what i pressume is my BP on either arm which reads as (R) 145/76 and (L) 138/79(could be read as 20 but im sure that cant be the case) How normal is any of this .... It was decided after 3 days in hospital that i was fine ? Why are my ecgs so abnormal they never managed to take an ecg when i had the chest pain which i have not had again ..... I am  now back in the uk and saw a Doc who looked at my ecgs and said they were normal even i can see the inverted t waves ? not sure why he thinks they are and if they are why did i get admittted and why was i told they were abnormal by several docs in NZ> the most recent ecg which was done yesterday so far looks normal ...... Im prettty confused ? Should i just forget anything happened and just pressum everything is normal or does some more digging need to be done? Sorry its such a long winded thing but you need to know all the facts.

Many thanks
