Best form of Mag

Interested in getting some feedback from people about what the best type of Magnesium for palps is. I know it is either Mag Taurate, Mag Citrate, or Mag Glycinate. I am leaning toward the Glycinate. Currently I take 450 mg. of Mag Oxide every day but it doesnt do too much. I know it is poorly absorbed compared to the others.

My vote is for Mag glycinate also.  My holistic doctor said this is the best form.

I vote too for magnesium glycinate.... mag oxide just gave me diarrhea.
My cardiologist recommended slow-mag... but like the first mentioned better with some good calcium.

Kal Magnesium Glycinate gets my vote, I tried all the others.  This one worked the best for me.  Research on supplementing mag, as it requires some calcium too.

I take what my cardiologist recommended  It is called Mag-Tab SR they are 84mg tablets and I take 2 tabs twice a day. They are magnesium L-lactate diHydrate They like all magnesium over the counter and I pay $15.09 for 60 tabs. Some insurance companies will cover the cost if the Dr actually prescribes them in writing.
