Got my test done. (extrasystoles)

First of..... not sure, but here we always call them extrasystoles. PAC,PVC.... Well not sure where extrasystoles fit or if its more like general name.

But have written before in here. (quick summary)
Male- 25 in 2 months. Had these from the end of my teens and have had anxiety for a while longer.

But yeah, It scared the crap out of me. I usually dont feel the "skipped" part, mostly just the "jab" in the chest.
And that scared/scares me the most while doing something like workout or something where the body is activated beyond the normal pace. At those times the jab would just feel like a straight "punch" with greater force.
And mostly people say that its most common when it happens after an activity when the heart is slowing down. I tend to get them mostly during. However Most of the times when I do sense the "skipped beats" its when the heart is slowing down.

In the past, some years ago (well almost 5 years or so I guess. ) I got a standard EKG and a holter. (the holter results are at this moment somehow lost it seams, so docs are just guessing that they must have been fine at that time since I was never told otherwsie)-

Now about a month ago I got a stress test done. (bike test)-
While I should have been able to go to 80% of the test (guessing level and time wise) i only got 60% before my legs started to get ("acid-y?).... So that mostly due to bad conditioning I guess. But otherwise they said everything looked good incl BP.

Then taking in the fact that I had only gotten about 2 hours sleep (due to being nervous about the test i guess, keeping me up)- And only getting a half piece of dark bread and some juice that morning. . . I guess my body was at its limit anyways when it comes to energy.

So of course It helped my mentality to get that info.
Of course I never expected it to jsut eliminate the fear completely so its still hanging around in the dark corners.

But yeah, since then Ive had some minor skipped beats.
And while trying to get out and live life some more, Ive been going to some parties with friends, ending up on clubs until about 8-9 in the morning. Only few events I got extrasystoles in those times was when starting drinking my 1-4th beer or so, then the rest of the night (7-8 hours I feel nothing really happening. ). - But getting home and trying to rest I can feel my heart racing like crazy.
Which im guessing is quite normal and just me worrying its more than it really is?
Its to my understanding that when your drink, you first of start to dehydrate (water) and your blood gets thinner and thus the heart uses extra energy on delivering blood to the body.

But yeah, as mentioned its still on my mind.
Ive slowly started doing some minor workouts again. (the fear sadly kept me from doing so before)- So somewhere stuck in my mind im still fearing that bigger "punch" to happen when im jogging around or something like that.

So yeah, opinions, data, facts? Please send them my way. Help me understand that Im good and that I should just go crazy and get my heart rate racing while doing workout.

All info, good or bad is wanted.

Thx for the reply. But yeah, have a hard time reasoning with the "beats"-
But maybe if you feel like it you could share how yours feel.
Thing is my mom has some too. (she just never told me until recently for some reason.
But was at her house and she told me when she works out, she will get this little "jump/thump". And doesnt bother her so all good there. Just when i notice them it feel more violent. Of course might just be my head making them worse. But for me its like a small punch int he chest. And everytime i read about it, itsa more or less just people mentioning small "jumps"-

So yeah if your willing, could you explain yours... .Just quickly. Might help understanding that mine are not worse then many others. But seams like you already have more of them than i do,.

Sure on a bad day I can get like 10-15... Maybe more. (sometimes I get more in a row).-

Otherwise its like 1-3 a day (i feel)- Or on good days none.

But then can really wreck my day... So yeah.

Anyways thx for the reply.-

It sounds to me like you have benign PVCs or PACs, they are very common as you know just some of us have more then others. I have probably 10-15 a day that I can feel. I have just been told to watch my caffeine intake but to still exercise. I will have a few drinks on the weekend but I do notice a difference (especially the next day). They are scary as hell and our anxiety just adds to them, making them so much worse. I think it's about accepting them and just going about our lives.

My EC said the PVCs are not a concern unless they get into the 15,000 + per day range, then a beta blocker can be used to quite them down. They also have albation with can help to rid you of them.

Sorry you ave having trouble with them but I totally understand your fear.
