Cold like symptoms after exercise
I'm a 46 year old male that has a resting heart rate of 85. I do moderate exercise and my heart rate raises to 125  within a few minutes of a brisk walk. When I exercise with weights (machines), for about 30 minutes I get winded very easily and end up with cold like symptoms for a few days following.
I'm unsure why I get these symptoms regularly after doing increased intensity workouts. Any thoughts?
I recently had my blood work taken as part of an annual physical and everything was fine.

The heart rate part is within normal ranges from what I know.  

Maybe you have a virus.  When I had my kids in day care I was constantly getting unexplained illness.
