I am a 24 y/o male and been dealing with anxiety for almost 2 years.
Recently, my symptoms are coming back and prominently, I am experiencing
chest pain and chest tightness especially when i'm laying down on bed at night.
Also, since a week ago, I've been really dizzy and feel extremely tired and feel like I would faint.
It comes and goes few times a day and it really is annoying having to deal with this.
anyone else here experience similar symptoms?
I have not direct experience with anxiety/heart issues (I suffer in the latter category) but know emotions play a role in rhythm disorders, but not so sure about pain - suppose there too. So it may be all mental, not physical, but you can't gamble on maybe when it comes to hear symptoms.
It would of some help here an for your doctor if you had some numbers:
1) what is your heart rate under various conditions, normal and dizzy
2) what is your blood pressure - more difficult to get snap-shots of but you can get a measure every time you are in a drug store (or department) where they offer BP measurement. There you should try to approach the measurement at ease, and recognize you had to walk to get there. An at home BP measurement would be better.
I suggest these because low BP and HR (either/both/or) can cause dizziness, especially if they are low when in a resting position and dizzy comes when you stand up.
Chest pain is a symptom on its own, and needs to be diagnosed.
