Hello.
Dr. McWilliams quit working on MedHelp some years ago. The Heart Rhythm Expert Forum is still active, but there is a $20 fee. The doctor answering questions there is very clever (I asked him a question two days ago, and I got a qualified answer within 45 minutes).
This is a patient community, but I will try to answer your question (though you are free to post in the Expert Forum anytime to get an answer from the doctor).
RBBB is a normal variant in the absence of heart disease. About 10% of us are born with RBBB or incomplete RBBB.
RBBB will not cause any symptoms. Some people develop RBBB after having a heart attack or so, but RBBB itself is never dangerous. The problem with your ear / tinnitus is not by any chance related to RBBB.
Regarding your dizziness and recurrent nausea, google this:
Meniere's Synxrome
I think you will find some answers to your questions, and will be relieved to find that the problem is not with your heart.
