ECG results abnormal

I went to an express clinic with several symptoms.. they sent me for lab work and told me everything came back negative. They did an ECG while I was there also and said that was fine. I later found out through a family member that it would be wise to get a second opinion (not a reputable doctor!) I ordered my records from this clinic  and found that one of my labs for lyme disease was positive and my ecg results say ABNORMAL on them too!
It reads:
Rate  88
PR  120 Sinus Rhythm
QT/QTc   366/416 msec
QRSD  94 msec
P Axis    51
QRS Axis   negative 9
T Axis  negative 1
Incomplete Report - Incomplete Right Bundle Branch Block

The beats are crazy looking and all they told me was I had tachycardia for a slightly high heart rate.

Meanwhile my lymph nodes are still swollen, i am bruised for no reason, my ankles, arms, and joints are swollen and hurt i stay awake for maybe 5 hours without being extremely tired and my heart rate, checking it myself is averaging 120 - 130 while sitting!!  I am 39 years old and I feel 99!
What does the ecg results mean?? Please help:)

Nothing abnormal in your EKG numbers, except the IRBBB which at least 10% of us have. A benign phenomenon.

From my perspective (but I'm not a physician) your symptoms seem somewhat suspicious of something affecting your heart. A virus, another inflammation, cardiomyopathies, etc, should possibly be ruled out? How is your blood pressure? Too low?

An ultrasound of the heart may possibly be helpful. So is other tests (thyroids, crp, adrenaline levels, blood count, etc)

thanks! c reactive protein is 5,5 from todays results and IgG is 8.0, but 2nd lyme test is negative, platelets went from 550 to 386 and white blood cells slightly high. SED rate went from 6 to 20.
So, I was positive for IgM/ p23 2 weeks ago,  now IgG  (a bacteria?) should be 1.0 and is 8.0 and Dr. is sending me to an oncologist. really confused now!

Hi!

First, your blood pressure is fairly low, borderline hypotension. This is not a problem, but it may elevate your heart rate. The difference between systolic and diastolic is also a bit wide, could it be that you have fever? That would increase heart rate, dilate the blood vessels and cause a low diastolic BP sometimes. Is that checked?

If you are medicated with digoxin it seems like your cardiologist want to strengthen your heart, and that he suspects something is affecting the pumping ability. It's good that you get your condition treated.

2 weeks of antibiotics is not enough.  You need at least 30 days.  And if you have had it long enough for it to affect your heart you may need longer.  I had to take antibiotics for 2 months.  Are you taking doxycycline?

At least if you know what you're dealing with, you can do something about it.  I think Lyme disease requires a long course of antibiotics.  Good luck!

Thanks for all the replies.I did get referred to a cardiologist who says the problem with my heart rate must be due to the problem that is causing my lymph nodes to swell and fatigue and pain. Had a ultrasound on breasts, lymphnodes 3 cm. in there, right side nodes are more swollen then left side. He referred me to a Infectious Disease Dr. who said the igm p23 positiveband in the lyme result is the main one for Lyme disease and that it is more than likely that, but have to test again for the other 2 bands to show up to call it 100% Lyme Disease, something to do with CDC regulations! Anyway finally got started on 14 days of Antibiotics and 90 days of Digoxin for the heart rhythmn.  Keeping my fingers crossed for Lyme because if that is not 100 percent positive than he is going to send me to an Oncologist to disect the biggest lymphnode - axillary.  I think I will take the lesser of the two evils:)

You need to go to a doctor asap.  My guess is you have had Lymes disease for a while and it can definitely affect your heart.  It can cause joint pain, swelling ( one of my knees looked like a grapefruit), EXTREME fatigue and like I said it can cause heart irregularities.  You will need to take an antibiotic for at least 30 days and let me forewarn you...when I first started treatment I got much worse for a couple of days but then you will start feeling better.  Go to the doctor tomorrow, do not wait.  Good luck and I hope you feel better soon.  When I had Lyme's I was so tired and hurt so bad.  It was miserable.

The joint pain and swollen lymph nodes you are having are typical of Lyme disease. I don't know if the heart rates has anything to do with Lyme, but it can affect the heart.

I say, get medical advice asap.

You definately need to see a cardiologist. A resting heart rate of 120-130 is not ok.
I am sorry I cant help with the other stuff, but hopefully someone else will. Definately see a cardiologist though.
