Vent rate = 82, your heart rate
Normal sinus rhythm = normal heart rhythm, no arrhythmia.
PR 134 = Normal conduction between upper and lower heart chambers
QT/QTc 378/441 = time for the heart to depolarize and repolarize. Within normal limits.

P-R-T 58/50/53: The direction the electrical impulses spread through the heart. They move from upper right to down left. Normal.

Nonspecific ST abnormality: This finding may be a normal variant, and it may be caused by some heart diseases. During rest, it's not so uncommon. I know my mother have that on her EKGs, and in her, it is a normal variant. Ask your doctor if it has any significance in your case.
