Feel pulse in my stomach, fluttering

Please help me with this question. I can just be sitting there, and out of nowhere I feel this weird flutter in my stomach, so I take my pulse and it will beat fine THEN there will be a pause and a real strong accentuated beat will follow, then again my pulse will be beating fine then I will get this "Flutter" in my stomach, and my pulse will pause, followed by a real strong beat. I've been to the Dr'.s and they gave me an antacid, which did Nothing- Also, can someone clarify for me what PVC's and (I think) PAC's are?
