Feeling Better

Hi, In Sept 2009 I asked my doctor for a event monitor. I needed to see where and what my heart was doing. I had it on for a month and when I felt symptoms I would push a button.  The report finally came back. I do get a fast heart rate, and a couple of slow heart rates. The sinus rhythm was fine nothing to worry about. So I have not been worrying about it so much. I am doing so much better. I think getting 8 hours of sleep every night is a must. I notice my heart more when I don't get good sleep. I tell myself every night before bed it is strong and healthy. It beats life into me. I love my heart.  :)
There are several supplements I take. KM a potassium mineral supplement, CO Q10, Vit C 1000 mg, acidophilus & proboitic complex, fish oil 1200mg, resveratrol antioxidant, multivitamin, vit D, and calcium.
I hope you all start to feel better as I have. : )
