WOW! Awesome! Thanks for the opportunity for all of the heart related communities on medhelp.org  to ask questions that will be answered by qualified professional!

My most honest question, that has never been really answered clearly with definite doubt shattering consequence, is:

My heart does the weirdest things, even since a young age. Why do I sometimes become so 'in tune' with my heart that it causes me to develop anxiety? I tend to think more about my heart than what I'm really supposed to occupy my conscience mental state for. This causes me to preoccupy every minute of my conscience state to rationalize why my heart does these things!  The irrational thoughts tend to spin off a slew of asymptomatic fears that balloon into full blown panic attacks fueling the overwhelming doom of death to a level of complete chaos!

WHAT IS THE FIX!?
